Return Process

  Log into your DPadOnline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
